1. Our Services
We provide personalised clothing and merchandise using printing and embroidery. Our services include:
- Creating and customising products
- Ordering personalised items
- Uploading artwork and designs
- Saving designs and placing orders online
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
If you are under 18, you may only place an order with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Your Responsibilities
You agree that:
- Any artwork, logos, images or designs you upload are owned by you or you have permission to use them.
- You will not submit content that infringes intellectual property rights, is unlawful, offensive, or harmful.
- You will provide accurate information when placing orders.
- You will not misuse our website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
You are responsible for checking artwork proofs before approving production.
4. Orders, Artwork & Approval
- Orders only enter production after artwork approval (where applicable) and payment or deposit is received.
- Once artwork is approved, changes may not be possible.
- You are responsible for checking spelling, sizing, colours and placement before approval.
- Colours shown on screen may vary slightly from the final printed product due to screen settings and production processes.
5. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is required before production begins unless agreed otherwise.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
- Payment processing is handled securely by third-party providers.
6. Production & Delivery
- Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to supply issues, courier delays, or high demand.
- We are not responsible for delays outside of our reasonable control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
If your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and details of the issue. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
8. Intellectual Property
- All website content, branding and materials belong to Dots & Threads or its licensors.
- You retain ownership of any original artwork you upload.
- By uploading designs, you grant us permission to use them solely for the purpose of producing your order.
9. Website Use
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Copy, scrape, or reuse website content without permission
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.
10. Privacy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy, available on our website.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profits or business
- Delays caused by third parties (e.g. couriers)
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
