Returns & Refunds Policy
Because every item we create is personalised to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on custom products.
That said, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will happily arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a brief description of the issue and clear photos, and we will resolve this as quickly as possible.
We will replace your order if:
- The print or embroidery is defective
- The item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault
- There is an error on our part (e.g. wrong item or incorrect personalisation)
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives and letting us know straight away if there are any issues.
