If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will put it right. This may include a replacement or refund, in line with your statutory rights.

What We Cannot Replace or Refund
Because our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by customer-supplied content, including:
- Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors in your design
- Poor quality or low-resolution images you upload
- Design mistakes made during the creation of your artwork
- Incorrect options selected (such as product type, colour, or size)

Please review your design carefully and double-check all details before placing your order. Where artwork is submitted without requesting proofing, we print exactly what is provided.
