Dots & Threads will be taking a short break. Orders placed between 17 February 2026 and 5 March 2026 will be processed after I’m back, so please allow up to two weeks extra for production. Thank you so much for your patience and support.

Our Quality Guarantee

At Dots & Threads, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and a great customer experience. Every order is produced with care using professional Direct to Film (DTF) printing and quality materials.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will put it right. This may include a replacement or refund, in line with your statutory rights.


What We Guarantee

  • Careful production of each order
  • Replacement of items that are faulty, damaged in transit, or produced incorrectly

 


What We Cannot Replace or Refund

Because our products are personalised and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by customer-supplied content, including:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors in your design
  • Poor quality or low-resolution images you upload
  • Design mistakes made during the creation of your artwork
  • Incorrect options selected (such as product type, colour, or size)

 


Your Responsibility

Please review your design carefully and double-check all details before placing your order. Where artwork is submitted without requesting proofing, we print exactly what is provided.
